My entry for the "What's Happening" contest.
I was thinking about the different stages and how they could be shown, and when I thought of the physical disorientation stage I thought of being underwater. It can be very disorienting to be underwater. You don't always know which way is up and which way is down. And I also thought about how horrible it would be to be underwater when the physical disorientation stage hit. So, this picture is supposed to represent what the people in that stage are feeling.
Done with acrylic paint.
